Re: myjeanm

it's really hard to say what a typical budget is because it really goes buy what you want and what you're willing to spend. I am doing pocketfolds (how original right! ). But the good thing about PF's is that you can do as little or as much as you want to them. Even though i'm having my ceremony and reception at the same place, i'm still including a seperate reception card, direction card, and rsvp card. Some people choose to do hotel accomadation with their invites..the possibilities are literally endless. I spent about $400-450 dollars on stationary and supplies, but that not only includes my invites, but also my STD's, programs, dinner menus, place cards, etc. I'm doing roughly 125 invites for 150-170 guest list. I don't really compare what I'm paying to what other people are paying because I know that no two invites are going to cost the same.

sorry if i didn't fully answer the question, but i hope my answer helped a little!

Re: myjeanm

Every invitation I look at looks like crap to me. Seriously, and I must have looked at 100s when it gets closer I'm going to give it one last go around... if I can't find one I like I am going to have someone design it for me.

I've been obessed with them lately, too! Any chance you just got their catalog in the mail (I did, lol)? I'm doing pocketfolds and so far, its looking like its going to cost me around 450 for 100 invites. I'm ordering the stuff from 2 different websites. Have you tried mygatsby.com yet? They seem pretty reasonable.

Re: myjeanm

Can sombody help me!? I have an invitation that I got from my brother. His friend got married, I saw the invite on the fridge and I loved it right away. I want the same exact one but I can't find it anywhere. I don't know the bride or groom on it, I belive the groom is a co-worker of my brothers.

I feel like i'll never find the card and I don't know these people to even ask them.

They have great stuff!!

And they have local dealers too, its not just an online site. This way you can see all the papers and ribbons in person.
