yes - this year we did. it took a LOT for us to get through our first year together - so we have always celebrated in small ways.
this year was year 6 for us too!

why did you change your wedding date on LIW? (not attacking, just curious)

because we were married at Niagara Falls on December 31st!
it was a secret except to a few friends knowing it! one of our BP was ordained and married us on the NY side of the falls. we have TWO marriage licenses. one for the 31st and one for the 20th.

This is strange but I think I want to do MORE for our dating anniversary than for our wedding anniversary. I just feel like January 16th was this awesome, spontaneous event that brought us together for life and even though the WEDDING is more important obviously, the date of January 12th has no meaning to me. It was just a date that we picked out on a calendar that was convenient for us and that's it. I have no connection to it. Maybe that will change with time but I just really would rather celebrate on the 16th. LOL I think too much!

Our dating anniversary in June 21, and we just celebrate with a nice dinner.. Our wedding anniversary is Nov 18. So I guess the answer is yes!
