RH withdrawal
It's weird. We looked, we researched, we found the one. We put the deposit down.......now what? Feel like I should be doing something but RH says they don't hook me up with the florist or baker until next year. We don't discuss the menu until 3 months before the wedding.......just have this feeling like I need to do something with the RH but I guess I really don't. I don't know. It's just a kinda let down feeling I guess.
Anyone else feeling like this? My SILs were at their RHs like every week doing this or that.......guess that doesn't happen for me until next year?

Re: RH withdrawal
Well I guess it makes sense if they are providing the flowers.
What about booking the dj/band?

Re: RH withdrawal
After I booked the RH, I kinda felt like I was supposed to be doing more with them, but I haven't even been to my RH since i booked except for the showcase they had in July. And i could actually be there everyday because i work 5 minutes away from it.
Then I started to book everything else, the photo/video and dj

Re: RH withdrawal
We're waiting till the spring to do that. We're not getting a limo since we're getting married at the RH and have enough people with large SUVs to get us there. Pretty certain I know what DJ company we'll be going with. We'd just book them now but I want to be able to fill our home oil tank so we are all set for the winter. Figure I'll start working on the card box. Maybe I'll drag FH to Michael's this weekend. Maybe I'll start stuffing my STD envelopes. That's free and will make me feel productive

Re: RH withdrawal
definitely know how u feel, that's why i'm glad our RH has a restaurant. FH and I are going there tomorrow for lunch, and we'll probably find a way to *bump* into our banquet manager (i <3 her) lol. But yea, definitely start some of your DIY's, they'll make u feel sooo productive!

Re: RH withdrawal
Yeah. RH is a restaurant which is great. We went 2 weeks ago for brunch. We plan on doing it once every other month to show face and all that.

Re: RH withdrawal
After we booked the RH I was estatic. But after looking at almost 20 RHs I felt like I wanted to keep going- it was fun
